What We Do: Pest Work by Kind of Job
Most calls start with something hard to ignore: scratching in the walls after dark, droppings behind the stove, a line of ants across the counter or a wasp nest growing under the porch roof. The work that follows falls into six kinds of job, and most properties need two or three of them together.
Treatment handles the pests that are already inside. Repairs and installations close the openings they used and make the next ones harder to find. Inspections and scheduled visits catch new activity early, before it spreads through a wall or a crawl space. Urgent calls cover the problems that cannot wait for a regular visit. Termites and rodents each have a page of their own, because both mix treatment with building work.

The work covers single-family houses, townhomes, rental units and small commercial buildings in Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, Mt. Lebanon and South Park. A landlord with a unit between tenants, a shop with a stockroom and a family with mice in the kitchen all get the same first step: an inspection that finds where the pests live and how they reach the space.
Not Sure Which One?
How do I tell which service I need?
Start with what you can see or hear. Droppings, gnawing and scratching at night point to rodents. Mud tubes, hollow wood or a swarm of winged insects point to termites. Insects that keep coming back to the kitchen or bath usually mean a nest close by and a recurring treatment.
If you are not sure, pick “Not Sure” on the request form and describe what you found. The first visit sorts it out.
Can one visit cover more than one pest?
Yes. A house with mice in the kitchen often has ants or spiders along the same foundation. Mention everything you have noticed when you book, so the inspection covers all of it instead of one problem at a time.
Tell us what you found and where, and the visit starts from there.
