Request Service or an Inspection
Request in. We will call or email to set the visit.
It did not send. Call (412) 547-8578 and we will book it by phone.
The form takes text only. Photos of droppings, damage or a nest can go by email to contact@coverdalepestcontrol.com; put your name and street in the message so they land with the right request.
What to Put in the Request
What should I put in the request?
What you saw, where you saw it, and how long it has been going on. Add the building type (house, townhome, rental unit or business) and anything about access, such as a locked crawl space or pets at home. Photos of droppings, damage or a nest help, and they can go by email.
Visits cover Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, Mt. Lebanon and South Park. For a rental unit, say who will let the visit in and whether tenants are home. For a business, mention the hours when the kitchen, storage area or back room is quiet.
Getting Ready for the Visit
- Clear a path to the attic hatch, the crawl space door and the space under the sinks
- Leave droppings, shed wings and dead insects where they are until they have been seen
- Note the rooms and times where you see or hear activity
- Keep pets in another room, and let tenants know about the visit in a rental unit
The first thing on any visit is a look around, so access to the hidden spaces matters more than a tidy kitchen. Droppings, mud tubes and nest material tell the story of where the pests are coming from; cleaning them away first makes that harder to read.
Once It Is Sent
What happens after I send the form?
The request goes to the office, and you hear back by the contact method you picked to set a day for the visit. Nothing is booked until that reply, so for an urgent problem, call as well.
If anyone is at risk of a sting or a bite, or an animal is loose in the house, do not wait on the form: call (412) 547-8578 and see the steps on the Urgent Service page.
